Office space Helsinki - 520m2
: The project involved designing a new office for Intera Partners Oy, located in a prestigious building by Alvar Aalto in the heart of Helsinki. The design process was guided by an in-depth workplace study that examined the evolving work culture, providing a foundation for spatial planning. The design included space planning, furniture, and lighting design. Architectural elements are highlighted through long perspective lines, created by recessed black profile lamps in the ceiling, and a clear rectangular pattern in the carpet.
: These design features set a strong, cohesive tone for the space. The black profile structures, incorporated into furniture like workstation dividers, kitchen elements, and hallway hangers, further enhance this clean design language. The monochromatic color scheme of black, white, and grayscale serves as a striking yet neutral backdrop, allowing geometric forms to stand out. To add warmth, striped veneer was used for wall paneling and office cabinetry, offering a subtle yet inviting contrast that complements the overall aesthetic.
