: The aim of this project was to create a modern, digital, and user-friendly concept for the flagship branches of the Finnish post office, driven by the motto "Smoother Everyday Life."
This guiding principle inspired a complete transformation of traditional postal services. The planning process included close collaboration with Posti representatives across various sectors to ensure a comprehensive and effective result.
: While achieving a fresh and visually appealing aesthetic was a priority, the primary challenge lay in optimizing the layout. The final design successfully combines functionality with style, introducing a new visual identity for the branches. Digital screens play a dual role: they serve as platforms for visual communication and advertising while also providing intuitive self-service options with clear instructions. Additionally, the well-organized shop area effectively promotes postcards and packaging products, enhancing the overall user experience.
